Program
- Duration of 9 months (January – September 2022);
- Full-time regime , between 9 am and 6 pm;
- Rotation by three different business areas;
- Financial support throughout the program;
- Monitoring and guidance by Mentors specialized in the area;
- Specialized theoretical and practical training, applied to the reality of Human Resources.
More than skills and technical knowledge, we are looking for someone willing to learn, passionate about the world of Human Resources, who is communicative, dynamic, and who seeks to think outside the box and have ambition and curiosity to always look for alternative solutions.

Kelly Academy is a 9-month experience that gives you the opportunity to get to know the Kelly universe in a global way. Through the program you will have the opportunity to get to know the professional market in the context of Human Resources Consulting, acquire and develop practical skills in an interpersonal and professional context, as well as expand your network of contacts in the job market.
You will have the constant monitoring of a specialized Mentor, who will ensure an adequate integration and adaptation to the company's culture, clarify all your doubts and questions that may arise during the program, and help you to develop your potential.
Requirements
- Have completed higher education (Bachelor, Postgraduate and/or Masters) in the areas of: Human Resources Management, Social Sciences and Humanities or similar for a maximum of 2 years.
- Possess good knowledge of English.
