Registration / Create an Account
I can't register!
Make sure you have filled all the required fields on the registration page. Required fields are marked with an *. If you forgot to fill in one of the fields and clicked on the 'Register' button, you will need to check all the fields again before submitting your registration/application. In addition to filling in all the required fields, your CV and/or additional files must meet the following criteria: the maximum file size is 2 MB and the supported file types are pdf, doc, docx, ptt, pttx, txt , rtf, odty, xls xlsx and csv.
My Account and Profile
Forgot my password!
You will find a link at the "My Account" page with the question "Did you forget your password?". Click on that link and then enter the email address you used to create your account. An email will be sent with the recommended steps to follow to update your password.
I lost or forgot my username. How can I access my resume?
Your username is the email address you used to create your account or if you have registered through Linkedin, Facebook or Google, you will need to authenticate through that social network channel. If you can't remember this address or how you registered, contact your Kelly consultant to verify your registration in our Database. If you changed your email address from your social media channel, you will need to create a new account. Get in touch with your Kelly consultant so they can make the association or delete your registration contact.
Why do I need to create an account?
You need to create an account to save job offers to your favourites list or to submit your resume to job offers. Creating an account will also allow you to manage and add resumes, edit your personal information, manage or update your profile, track your resume submission history and much more.
How can I update my profile?
From the “My Account” Menu Option, click on “Manage Profile” and then update the information, for example: the address, phone number, etc.
How can I add my CV to the profile?
From the “My Account” Menu Option, click on “CV & Documents” and then click on “Select File”. Choose the file (resumes) on your computer and then upload that file.
How can I update or change my resume?
Once the CV is uploaded, its content cannot be edited within the Kelly system. However, you can edit the original document you applied and then upload the new version of your resume again. From the “My Account” menu option, click on “CV & Documents”. In this section, you can upload and delete documents attached to your account.
How do I search for jobs?
From the "Job Search" Menu Option, you will enter the form where you can choose keywords to search the job title and/or its description. In the absence of a choice, the search for keywords will only be done in Job Titles. You can search the entire content of job descriptions by keywords by unchecking the box “Search only in titles”.
You can also use "Advanced Search" in which you can select an employment type, job category, work type, location and also select Internal Jobs. Enter as many details as you want and click on the "Search" button at the bottom of the form. The system will search the database and show you the corresponding results. Using the search bar will always start a new search and clear any existing search filters.
How can I delete jobs from my Favorites List?
From the “My Account” Menu Option, click on the “Favorites List”. Find the job offer in your "Favorites List", select it, then click "Remove from Favorites List"
What are the types of keywords that provide the best results?
Keywords are a matter of personal situation and choice. If you are looking for very specific jobs, you can enter job names as useful keywords. But if your search is more general, you can choose to insert skills that you have, equipment that you can operate, software applications that you know, or anything that may be relevant to the position you are looking for.
How do I find a Kelly branch near me?

Go to the “Home Page” by clicking on the KCN (Kelly Careers Network) logo at the top of the page. From there, go to the bottom of the page and click "Find your local branch".
How do I submit my resume to a job offer?
Click on the job title you are interested in. If you are not yet registered (authenticated), you will need to go through the registration (or authentication) process. If you are already registered on the Kelly Services portal, click on the 'Apply Now' button. You can change the CV that is linked to your profile and/or upload additional files.
How can I know if my resume has been successfully submitted?
If you are submitting your resume for a specific job, you will see a confirmation message tells that you have successfully submitted your resume. In addition, CV submissions are saved in the “My Jobs” section of your “My Account” page. You will also receive an email confirming your application.
How do I know what jobs I had already submitted my resume to?
Your most recent resume submissions can be found in the "My Jobs" section of your "My Account" page.
How many job offers can I send my resume to?
You can submit your resume to any job offer that suits your qualifications. Keep in mind that if you send your resume to jobs for which you are not qualified, recruiters will see your information and cannot consider you as an adequate job seeker. You can only submit your resume once for each job.
Why can't I submit my resume to a job?
If you have problems submitting your resume in the system, check if you have already applied for that job. You can see this in the "My Jobs" section of your "My Account" page or on the job details page; in this case, you will see that you already applied when the button on the left side says "Submitted Resume" instead of "Submit Resume".
Can I share a specific job offer?
Yes. Just click on the individual job offer. When it is expanded, you’ll see a "Share" option.
What kind of browsers are supported by this application?
