Kelly was distinguished, on Tuesday the 16th, with the award for Best Human Resources Supplier, in the category of Recruitment, Selection, Skills Assessment and Outplacement. This is the 7th consecutive year in which Kelly has collected the award given by the Best HR Supplier initiative, which annually awards companies in this sector based on the assessment made by the respective customers in different areas.
Kelly was assessed through surveys of its customers, based on the performance in 6 different areas (Image, Producer Quality/Services Provided, Employees, Price, Loyalty and Satisfaction), which give a score regarding the company's performance. Following these surveys, Kelly obtained, on average, 52% of responses above 80 points - on a scale from 0 to 100 - in each of the 15 indicators under study.
With the renewal of this distinction, the Kelly Services Best HR Supplier Index, expressed in points on a scale of 0 to 100, is now 81.8 - compared to 71.2 points obtained in 2020 - being the indicators “Loyalty” and “Employee quality” the main drivers of our customers' satisfaction levels.
Compared to the 2020 edition, the indicators of “Satisfaction”, “Employees”, “Product Quality/ Services Provided” and “Loyalty” were Kelly's areas of greatest evolution. Also, between 2020 and 2021, and during a pandemic context, Kelly managed to seal more than 28,000 work contracts in different business areas.
Miguel d’Almeida, Operations Manager Specialized Recruitment at Kelly Services, considers that this award “was the result of extraordinary teamwork”, which allowed the company “to overcome moments like the one we are experiencing”. About the award:
The target population consists of customers who have enjoyed the product (s) or service (s) provided, in the last 36 months, by Kelly. In the questionnaire, a scale of ten values (from 1 to 10) was used as a rule in the 15 evaluation questions. This scale was later transformed into a scale of 0-100. Data collection was carried out based on an online interview, which took place between the 18th of November 2020 and the 18th of January 2021. A total of 44 customers who took advantage of the products/ services provided by Kelly responded to the survey.
