Kelly Services is recruiting Transport Business Unit Support (m/f) fluent in French for an enterprise situated in Lisbon.

As a Transport Business Unit Support, you'll be responsible for providing the best possible customer service to Customer using Transfers, but also for the car rental option that can be found on the website- You will be answering customer's queries thru different channels: phone, email and chat.
Profile:
- Excellent fluency in the following languages: French + English ( written and spoken - mandatory);
- Emphatic, critical thinker and creative;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Analytical thinking and organization;
- Strong customer orientation;
- Flexible and committed.
Schedules: Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts from 08 am to 22 pm
