At this moment, Kelly Search & Selection is looking for an Sales Manager (M/F) for a company in supplies equipment and technology to gas users., located in Porto.
- Manage commercial team:
- Assure registration and follow up.
- Allocate commercial and technical resources according prioritisation.
- Follow up of administrative sales tasks and technical support to customer.
- Keep high motivation level in the commercial team.
- Coordinate other company departments in what daily operations are concerned.
- Attract new customers via communication from Industrial Gases, Cryogenic and LNG
- Build and maintain customer relations.
- Make and present effective sales presentations according with type of customer.
- Understand customers' motivation and discover their needs.
- Translate customer needs into offers.
- Execute negotiations and close deals.
You will spend approximately 150 days/year on travelling.
- Capacity to develop technical knowledge and products understanding.
- MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) and in ERP systems.
- Languages - Portuguese & English (mandatory) & Spanish; French is valued.
- Trade finance knowledge (valued).
- Sales and profit budget.
- Success rate (Orders / Offers).
- Customer satisfaction.
- Registration of company customer activities (Presentation visits, technical meetings,
training, events, etc).
