As a Sales Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for all operations related to sales in his/her scope.
- Register, update and control sales operations;
- Manage costs estimates, invoices, credit notes, debit notes, follow up of settlements, among others;
- Prepare and follow administrative procedures;
- Provide the analysis to help follow up or forecast sales activity;
- among others.
- French speaker (C1 level minimum - mandatory);
- Fluency in English (B2 level minimum - mandatory);
- Previous experience in a similar position (mandatory);
- Previous administrative experience;
- Analytical thinking and organization;
- Strong customer orientation;
- Proactive and adaptable.
- Direct work contract with our Client;
- Integration in a company operating in the international market;
- Integration in a young and dynamic team.
