As a Sales Administrative Officer, your mission is to be responsible for all operations related to sales.
Register, update and control sales operations;
Manage the administrative side of all sales: costs estimates, invoices, credit notes, debit notes, follow up of settlements, participate in debt reminders and manage third party billing;
Ensure good operational, day-to-day, relationships customer and suppliers;
Prepare and follow administrative procedures.
- English speaker (C1 level minimum - mandatory);
- Fluency in French (preferential);
- Domain of Microsoft Office tools;
- Good knowlegde of SAP;
- Previous administrative experience;
- Analytical thinking and organization;
- Resistance to stress;
- Strong customer orientation;
- Proactive and adaptable.
- Direct work contract with our Client;
- Integration in a company operating in the international market;
- Integration in a young and dynamic team.
