Kelly Services is recruiting a Regional Case Management Manager - English Speaker (M/F), for our client Siemens, located in Alfragide.
The Regional Case Management Manager for the Microsoft Dynamics Case Management tool (C-Ontact) will be a single point of contact for the assigned countries in their quest for support or changes in the system. Her/his role will be to harmonize the functionalities and usage of C-Ontact among countries and within the region.
What role will you play?
- Be an active member of the global C-Ontact team led by the global Case Management Product Manager and represent the country/region views in the team;
- Drive consolidation of country admin templates to a single regional solution;
- Lead the project of implementation of ServiceNow for ticketing in the region;
- Be the main point of contact for users/functional teams in the countries;
- Perform regional user communication;
- Training of functional teams and users;
- Maintenance and enhancement of country correspondent admin template in collaboration with functional teams and users;
- Organize user acceptance tests for local releases and participate in user acceptance test for global releases
- Open tickets for incidents on behalf of the countries
- On call support
Does this sound Good? What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Bachelor degree (preferable);
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills in English is mandatory
- Knowledge in relevant HR systems architecture (in particular Microsoft Dynamics C-Ontact);
- Knowledge in data base management;
- Digital mindset: interest and experience in IT solutions/applications;
- Excellent people skills and sensitivity to intercultural issues
- Team Player, with strong customer focus, results & quality orientation;
- Dynamic: ability to work in a virtual and international environment;
- Reliable, organized, with autonomy and strong communication skills;
- Solution oriented.
- Additional skills in European languages is a plus (French, German, Spanish, etc.)
