For one of our clients, a multilingual shared services center, we are recruiting a Purchase Administrative. The main tasks are:
- Invoice reconciliation;
- Analysis of invoices;
- Treatment of VAT differences;
- Request for further information from the country representatives;
- Administrative treatment of the analyses carried out.
- Excellent fluency in written and spoken French- C2 (mandatory);
- Advanced English, written and spoken (mandatory);
- Minimum of completed High School (mandatory);
- SAP MM and Excel expertise
- Analytical thinking and organization;
- Results driven.
- Work contract directly with our Client;
- Salary according with the position;
- Workload of 40h/week.
