Our client is a Japanese multinational information technology service and consulting company with a focus on creating new paradigms and values with the intention of contributing to a more harmonious and advanced society.
At this moment we are helping them by recruiting a Processes Support Coordinator (m/f) to join their office in Lisbon.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitors and tracks candidate pipeline and ensures suppliers have detailed information on profiles;
  • Guarantees hiring manager provide feedback on present candidates by agencies and suppliers;
  • Schedules interviews between suppliers and hiring managers;
  • Communicates results and organizes start dates with client/hiring manager and candidate
  • Liaises offers and manages subsequent contract generation, accesses needed and gathers all necessary documentation;
  • Provides regular updates and feedback to managers through the whole process;
  • Ensures the recruitment process lifecycle is completed in a fast, efficient, and professional manner at all times, minimizing the time to hire;
  • Monitors Service Level Agreements, key operational metrics, and process and data compliance regularly, escalating or resolving issues where appropriate;
  • Use internal tools to execute the daily tasks;
  • Ensures category reporting on a regular basis, according to predefined metrics and ad hoc when needed.


What do you need to have?

  • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member;
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal including formal presentation skills;
  • Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills;
  • Adaptable communication ability to conform to the varied corporate cultures and organizational structures of our customers;
  • The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated independent self-starter who thrives on challenge and delivering exceptional results;
  • The ideal candidate must possess a desire to learn and deliver as a true team player;
  • English B2 minimum;
  • Microsoft Office Tools: Excel, Power Point and Word;
  • SAP: Nice to have.

  • Attractive salary package (1400€ of base salary).


Work Schedule: From 09 am until 06 pm (Monday to Friday).


Work Location: Saldanha (Lisbon) with a hybrid model (Mondays at the office).
