Kelly Engineering is recruiting Order Desk/Planning Manager for a leading multinational group in engineering and lighting solutions, in Lisbon.

Responsabilities:

  • Incoming order management (check, upload, set). ERP transactions (order creation, claim order creation, settings, confirmations, return good transactions);

  • Communication with the customers (orders, claims);
  • Confirmation of the orders, and follow-up of the execution to obtain customer satisfaction, in terms of OTD and Lead-time;
  • Control over the daily and monthly turnover;
  • Review of the orderbook and definition of priorities on customer demand;
  • Be the Voice-of-the -Customer in the internal organization at the plant;
  • Internal coordination (from the order arrival till the delivery) with Production Planning, Quality, Production, Shipping, Warehouse;
  • Reporting & analysis (forecast, deviations);
  • Review and data cleaning and integrity of the information contained in the order-book;
  • People management (workload, trainings, …);
  • Preparation and monitoring of daily production plan;
  • Management of the daily planning meeting;
  • Short and long term planning based on customer orders and forecasts;
  • Planning process development to improve efficiency;
  • Elaboration and communication of the standard lead-time list, based on plant capacity and materials availability;
  • Problem solving: investigate production issues, root causes analysis and provide solutions (delayed order, missing components, customer requests);
  • Coordination with Purchasing department to anticipate materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Logistic / Supply Chain, International Trade;

  • At least 3-7 years of experience in a relevant position (Supply Chain, Logistics, Stock Management);
  • English (B2);
  • Good knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word;
  • Good ERP knowledge;
  • Experience in Team Management;
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal expression and in writing);
  • Problem solving & Customer oriented.
