Currently, we're recruiting an Online Retail Support Specialist (m/f) with fluency in French and English, for an multinational sports company. This position would be suitable for those interested in sports products and online shops. If you speak native or have a high level of French and English, you are the perfect fit!
The Online Customer Support Specialist (m/f) has a wide range of responsibilities focused on placing orders, do inquiries regarding the product/services, processing incoming requests from customers for changes in shipment disbursement: package reroutes, address corrects, assisting with returns and refunds, checking the order status, handling costumer complains. You will also provide technical support if necessary for the client's app.
- Oral and written communication skills in the following language - French and English (mandatory);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Proactivity and dynamism;
- Very good technical knowledge (eliminatory);
- Strong Customer and results orientation.
Conditions: RBM + meal allowance + performance bonus
Schedules: 7h00 to 22h00 MON-SAT (rotating shifts 8h/day - 40h (week)
