At this moment, Kelly Search & Selection is looking for an Office Manager to integrate a Real Estate Company, located in Porto.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist the CEO and the General Manager;
* Hire, Train, Schedule and manage daily tasks;
* Develop good customer relationships and address customer service needs;
* Manage purchasing, inventory, maintenance and other operational functions
* Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement
* Liaise between managers, customers and service providers.
Requirements:
* 3 years of stable experience in similar position;
* Management skills and experience working with CEO or General Managers;
* Good communication Skills;
* Customer oriented;
* Organized and goal oriented;
* Fluent English (mandatory);
