Kelly Services is currently recruiting a Key Account Manager for a multinational client in Lisbon. We are searching for someone with mandatory experience in FMCG sector.
- Achieve strategic objectives per customer - i.e. NR, COP, Gross Margin, NWC;
- Develop operations territorially according to the market and their potential;
- Manage the promotional strategy per customer and promotional execution (including trade budget management, range and space optimization);
- Manage the negotiations with the customer, having in mind the commercial strategy and the customer trading terms;
- Continuous improvement in the management of the account by identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability and overall improvement in the management of categories;
- Elaborate and allocate the quantitative and qualitative goals;
- Supervise all investments made with customers;
- Responsible for achieving strategic objectives per customer - i.e. NR,
- Responsible for developing customer new product launch plans and ensuring successful implementation.
- Academic Background - Bachelor's Degree is mandatory;
- Professional experience as Key Account Manager - 2/3 years is mandatory;
- Professional experience in FMCG sector is mandatory;
- Team Player and Resilient;
