Kelly Search & Selection is currently looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition (German Speaker), to our multinational client Bosch, in Lisbon.
The purpose of this role is to be able to proactively search and attract the right candidates using different social media channels available. The person will have to manage and actively source for profiles in IT and software development, in the engineering sector.
- Understand the technical requirement in consultation with the business stakeholder/s
- Screening & Application Management;
- Job posting in internal and external job boards (LinkedIn etc);
- Communication and consultation with Candidates and internal stakeholders;
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain a Talent Pipeline for different positions;
- Active Sourcing: Searching, identifying and engaging with potential Candidates on Social Networks (e.g. LinkedIn) and influencing attraction toward applying for positions;
- Support lean and candidate-oriented processes for Recruitment & Active Sourcing;
- Bachelor degree or equivalent;
- More than 6 month experience in recruitment;
- Languages: German and English (C1);
- Recruiting experience is highly preferred in particular with Engineering profiles;
- Data affinity, experience in direct search in social media;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong customer and service orientation;
- Self-organized, autonomous and proactive.
