At this moment, to help them establish their Business Assurance & Inspecting Services (BA&IS) team in Lisbon, we are looking for an Invoicing Advisor (m/f) fluent in French.
You will be responsible for Interpreting contract terms and raise project invoices accurately and on time, escalating service delivery issues as appropriate to the relevant manager/ team, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data in our systems, along with any subsequent changes, aligned to customer expectations. You will also prepare, check and issue certificates in line with or ahead of agreed business SLAs and ensure that the systems are updated with the right notes and purchase order information.

What do you need to have?
- University Degree (preferential);
- Fluent in French (mandatory):
- Good command of English (mandatory);
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills;
- Ability to understand customer needs;
- Ability to understand issues, devise solutions and see them through to resolution;
- Great teamwork skills.
