At this moment, Kelly Search & Selection is looking for a HR Generalist (M/F) for a company located in Vila Real.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the HRBP and local management in recruitments:
    ▪ Prepare job descriptions;
    ▪ Upload the job request in the internal recruitment tool;
    ▪ Support Line Managers in preselecting candidates;
    ▪ Communicate with candidates;
    ▪ Coordinate interviews with local management and Business Partner;
    ▪ Ensure team leaders are prepared and equipped to run interviews according to company standards;
    ▪ Manage the recruitment tool;
  • Support the employer in preparing documents imposing disciplinary measures for breach of labor discipline in coordination with the HRBP;
  • Support the HRBP in monitoring amendments to the effective employment legislation and duly implement any such amendments;
  • Prepare and update the internal rules of employment procedure connected with employees.
  • Support in customizing local HR policies based on company's global HR policies and implement policies locally in coordination with the HRBP;

Requirements:

University degree (Psychology, Human Resources)
* Portuguese Mother tongue, business proficiency in English both written and spoken
* 0-2 years' experience in HR;
* Specialized training in HR preferred (e.g. employment law, compensation, training, etc.);
* Experience in working in a matrix organization will be considered a plus;
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team;
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
* Excellent organizational skills;
* High work ethics and integrity;
* Ability to manage complex tasks;
* Previous experience in an HR Generalist position will be considered a strong plus;
* Good computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, including Excel and PowerPoint.
