Kelly Search & Selection is currently looking for a Head of Financial Planing and Analysis team, for a multinational client in Lisbon.
Purpose of role:
As an Head of Financial Planning and Analyses, you will translate the strategy into action, executing relevant plans brilliantly and are a 'go to' person for the function. You will typically lead an operating unit or are a subject matter expert.
Standard role accountabilities:
- Lead the delivery of a financial planning process that meets stakeholder requirements, supporting the delivery of operational and strategic goals;
- Develop insight into potential Corporate, Business Unit and supporting Function performance gaps, enabling transparency on the success of actions taken within the Business and highlighting areas where course correction is required, through the development and provision of balanced scorecard reporting;
- Lead the provision of proactive and reactive analytical support from the Business as required;
- Coordinate and manage the strategic plan process, including inputs from FBPs, Business CoEs and Business stakeholders;
- Embed a comprehensive framework to guide the planning process and assist the business in developing its strategy;
- Co-ordinate and manage the production of the annual budget working closely with senior FBPs and business stakeholders;
- Co-ordinate and manage the production of financial forecasts;
- Accountable for the production and management of related SLA's for all management reporting.
Operational skills relevant to this job:
- Previous planning reporting and analysis experience;
- Effective team management in shared services environment;
- Substantial FP&A experience, including modelling, within Shared Services environment;
- Demonstrable stakeholder management in fast moving, results driven environment;
- Strong influencing and team leadership skills including matrix team management;
- Making proposals which apply data and business intelligence;
- Require advanced English language.
