As a Purchase Administrative Officer, your mission is to be responsible for all operations related to purchases.
- Register, update and control purchase operations
- Manage the administrative side of all purchases: costs estimates, invoices, follow up of settlements, participate in disputes management, documenting processes and managing third-party suppliers
- Ensure good operational, day-to-day, relationships with customers and suppliers
- Prepare and follow administrative procedures
- French speaker and fluency in English (C1 level minimum - mandatory);
- Domain of Microsoft Office tools;
- Previous administrative experience;
- Analytical thinking and organization;
- Resistance to stress;
- Strong customer orientation;
- Proactive and adaptable.
- Direct work contract with our Client;
- Integration in a company operating in the international market;
- Integration in a young and dynamic team.
