Kelly IT Resources is currently looking for a Customer Success Engineer to directly integrate on our client.
Our client is an German software house, with office in the center of Lisbon.
You'll be responsible for
- Learn how to use the their software and keep updated with all updates and new features;
- Provide guidance and support to our customers regarding the usage and its integration;
- Empower our customers by making sure they know how to use their software in all its capabilities;
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way;
- Write and maintain Documentation, Tutorials and Change Logs;
- Occasionally assist sales to demonstrate the usage of the tool and on boarding trial customers;
- Collect feedback, bug reports and suggestions from customers;
- Collaborate with the team by identifying opportunities to improve our internal processes.

- Passionate about working with customers and enjoy engaging in discussions with people from different fields of engineering and are willing to go beyond and overcome customer expectations in every interaction;
- Good communicator, making sure that your message is accurate, clear and concise;
- Organised and results-oriented with a strong sense of initiative in tackling tasks;
- Creative problem solver. You go beyond just getting the simplest answer and understand the problem;
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs;
- Have a technical background (ideally systems engineering) and are able to reproduce and describe software issues in detail.
The Basics
- A bachelor's degree, preferably engineering or computer science;
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Knowledge in Python or similar programming languages;
- Knowledge in Matlab/Simulink (plus);
- Knowledge in Web development (plus).
