Currently, we're recruiting a Customer Adviser in the Financial sector with fluency in French.
As a Customer Advisor, your main responsibilities are:
> Handling front-office calls and back-office tasks, such as:
- requests for information;
- requests on products/solutions;
- requests for a change on the renewal of due date;
- request on how to proceed with the vehicle return;
- experience in client loyalty/retention is highly appreciated.
- Oral and written communication skills in the following language - French (mandatory);
- Previous experience in similar projects;
- Taste of challenge, solve complex situations;
- Good analytical skills;
- Methodic, rigorous and organized;
- Attention to detail;
- Very good technical knowledge;
- Strong Customer and results orientation.
Conditions: RBM + meal allowance + performance bonus + language compensation
Schedules: 8h00 to 18h00 MON-FRI
