Kelly Services is recruiting an Administrative Support Trainee (M/F) for our client Siemens, SA.
- Documenting procedures and addressing issues related to external partners;
- Support the Onboarding process of new employees and external partners;
- Review and develop communication templates with suppliers;
- Developing document management;
- Arrange meetings with suppliers;
- Analyse metrics related to the management of external partners;
- Create and maintain the intranet page.
- Secretariat and Administration Training and/or Secretarial Technical Course;
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to manage priorities;
- Organised and structured profile;
- Fluency in English.
